We understand quality management as a challenge which we face anew every day in order to meet the continuously growing requirements of our customers. On account of our market presence, we identify changes in the market at an early stage through continual trend analyses.

  • We had our outstanding services certified in accordance with DIN ISO 9002 as early as 1995. Certification in accordance with EN ISO 9001:2000 followed in 2004. EN ISO 9001:2008 has been the current standard since 2009.
  • The hauliers/carriers are chosen selectively in accordance with the performance requirements of the customer. In this connection, all requested certificates (e.g. SQAS, GMP, HACCP, etc.) can be realised.
  • We are aware of the importance of kosher transport requirements and GMP regulations and implement these by deploying appropriate vehicles (kosher previous loads, kosher cleaning with certificate).
  • This applies also in a similar manner to the Halal sector.
  • The insurance cover of Nitz + Co. Speditions-Kontor includes a freight forwarder and carrier liability policy (ADSp/HGB/CMR) with subsidiary liability and a business liability insurance policy.
  • Basically speaking, all our carriers and contractors are insured as a minimum in accordance with the statutory provisions.
  • We operate exclusively on the basis of the ADSp (Allgemeine Deutsche Spediteurbedingungen/General German Forwarding Agents Conditions), latest version.
